Building Signage and Directory
Overlook II maintains a sign standard that must be observed by all occupants. Briefly stated signs, advertisements and notices may not be displayed in any common area without prior written approval of the property management office. To maintain uniformity in color, size and style of the building signs, any approved sign must be ordered through the property management office. Paper signs of any kind are strictly prohibited. We appreciated everyone's cooperation.
Prior to moving to the property management office will provide your company with a Directory Listing Form. On this form, please list the name of your company's name exactly as your would like it to be displayed in the Overlook II Touch Screen Directory. Also list the name and title of any individual employees or chief officers as you wish them to be displayed in the Overlook II directory. We will also require you to email your company's logo in a PDF and vector format.
Please be sure to assign one of your employees to check the directory monthly to ensure there are no changes required .Overlook II Directory Form
