Tenant Handbook

Smoking

In compliance with the local indoor air ordinance, smoking is not permitted in the public areas of the building including the Lobbies, Elevators, Hallways, Restrooms, or Stairwells.   Please note that "No Smoking" includes Vaporizers, Vape Pipes, Hookah Pipes, E- Cigarettes, E- Pipes, or any other nicotine delivery system. 

In addition, smoking is not permitted in any area immediately outside of building entrances or sidewalks.

Parking is only permitted on Level 1 of the parking garage (this is the blue level and a table is located in the designated smoking section.)
