Parking
Parking spaces are provided in a 5-story parking garage connected to the Building by an independent set of elevators. Driveway entrances into the garage are located on P4 level. Please lock your vehicle and remove valuables from plain sight.
Tenant Parking
Tenant parking spaces are provided on an unassigned basis. Although a limited number of reserved spaces remain to be observed, further granting of such has been discontinued. Tenants may utilize any unmarked spaces in open parking areas located on levels P1 - P5.
The clearance height in the parking garage is 6' 6'.
Visitor Parking
Parking spaces have been provided on P4 & P5 level for visitors; each with a two-hour limit.
**This area is monitored several times throughout the day and any violators will be warned, stickered, and run the risk of having their vehicle removed from the property at the owners' expense.
However, if you have a large meeting (more than 10 people) , we ask that each tenant encourage your visitors to parking on the lowest level for the parking deck ( P1 – BLUE). This will help to free up the 2-hour visitor parking spaces for other deliveries such as office supplies, flowers, food deliveries, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or items of that nature.
Overnight Parking
Please complete an Overnight Parking Form and submit it to the property management office at least 48 hours before prior to leaving your vehicle.
