Maintenance Requests
You can access the Angus Anywhere™ Tenant Service System directly through the Overlook II Tenant Portal.
- · Please use this link: Tenant Services
- · Select the tab titled “Tenant Services”
- · Enter the Username: **** & Password: **** provided by the system via email
- · On the left side of the screen use click “New Request”
- · Use the drops to create a work order
The Tenant Service Tab will allow your company to submit work orders directly to members of the property management team via email, receive updates, and notifications of completion.
If you are a 1st time user, please have the Authorized Personnel from your company send an email to overlook@goddard-group.com requesting a Username and Password. After we receive your request, we will add you into the system as contact and the Work order system should provide you with the information above via email.
