Building Signage and Directory
The building maintains a sign standard that must be observed by all occupants. Briefly stated –signs, advertisements and notices may not be displayed in any building common area without prior written approval of the Property Management Office. To maintain uniformity in color, size and style of the building signs, any approved sign must be ordered through the Property Management Office. Paper signs of any kind are prohibited. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation.
Upon moving in, a door sign and directory strip are provided by the Property Management Office. If there are any changes made to the original signs, or if you require more than one name on the directory, there will be an additional charge.
