General Office Security

Theft and Insurance

Any suspected theft should be reported to the Property Management Office. The security staff will be alerted and an incident report will be filed. The tenant must determine if local law enforcement authorities should be notified and do so if necessary. Be advised that the building’s insurance policy does not cover the personal belongings of tenants. As a result, tenants are required by the terms of their lease to provide insurance covering property contained within their suite.
