Lenny’s Asian Deli is brought to you by partners Lenny Shou and Seth “Lou” Salzman. Combined, Lenny and Seth have over 50 years of restaurant experience. The two have been good friends for almost two decades and have always dreamed of owning a restaurant together. Lenny was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Indiana at the age of 14. Lenny and his family are the proud owners of Pijiu Belly (mandarin for “Beer Belly”), an Asian fusion restaurant in midtown Atlanta, featured in Food Network’s Diners, Drive-In’s and Dives. Lenny also founded Noodle, an Asian fusion restaurant that had multiple locations throughout Atlanta. Seth Salzman is a lifelong restaurant operator who grew up in the food business. He was born in NY and worked in restaurants, pizzerias and delicatessens before graduating with a restaurant management degree and moving to Atlanta. After a few years working in restaurants in Atlanta, Seth and his partners started Moe’s Southwest Grill. From his many trips to China town in NYC, there has always been a love for Asian cuisine, especially Dim Sum and great soups. The vision of Lenny’s is to provide the Overlook 2 tenants with a place to grab a great traditional American or Asian breakfast, cup of fresh locally roasted Dancing Goats coffee or housemade fresh baked pastries to start the day. At lunch we feature an array of items from a Korean Bulgogi Cheesesteak, Lenny’s famous noodles (a recipe he has been fine tuning for over 20 years), Bao Buns, Dumplings, SeawoodSalad, Soups and more. Our grab and go case feature some easy to enjoy Asian items, along with some traditional NY style sandwiches and salads from Lou’s Skyline Deli, our sister restaurant at Overlook 3 along with some fun Asian treats, snacks and drinks like you might find on Buford Hwy.

Overlook II Conference Room
The Overlook II Conference Room is located on the 3rd floor in Suite 300. This facility is designed to provide flexibility in layout; whether it be classroom or lecture style. This facility has the capacity to hold 15 people and is exclusively available for tenants of the Overlook II building. It is equipped with a 65” TV with HDMI hookup. Great for business meetings, presentations, and classes.
The Conference Room is available for use from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday based on a “Full Day” (4 or more hours) or a Half a day usage (4 hours or less). The rate varies based on usage.
If you are interested in a reserving the Overlook II Conference Room, please complete the “Conference Facility Reservation Form” and return it to the Property Management Office. Please make sure to include any additional time that your company may need to test your equipment, arrange the room, set up presentaion, and removal of items from this location on the resrvation form. All reservation must be received 72 hours prior to the proposed reservations date. You may also contact the Property Management Office at 770-431-6220 or submit your request into the Overlook II Tenant Portal at www.overlookii.com
Overlook II Fitness Center
We are excited to announce that memberships to the Overlook II Fitness Center are now available. This facility has state-of-the-art fitness equipment which includes Star Trak treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bike and Stairmaster for cardio exercising. Strength training equipment from Life Fitness includes a multi station, ab crunch and multi and smith press machines. Core strengthening medicine balls and kettlebells are also available. The Overlook II Fitness Center is also equipped with showers, lockers and complimentary bath and work out towels.
The Fitness Center will be open Monday thru Friday from 5:00 am - 8:00 pm
If you have anyone interested in becoming a monthly member of the Overlook II, please have them complete the Fitness Membership Application and Rules & Regulations Forms. Each application must be signed by the potential member and an authorized person or key contact as noted on the Tenant Data Form.
Both documents will need to be completed and entered into the Overlook II Tenant Portal at www.overlookii.com. Please note monthly memberships paid directly by the members must submit they payment along with the documentation mentioned above before access can be granted.
Please note that prior the potential must have an Overlook II Building Access Card on file prior to applying for a fitness center membership.
